Method:
Decoct 2-4 sticks of canela, for extra heat you can add 2-4 peppercorns & 2-4 clove bunds. Decoct by simmering with 4 quarts of water on low for 20 min. make sure keep the lid on. After 20 min of decoction, bring to a boil, quickly add a pinch of your Warm the Womb, Postpartum Tea. Turn off the stove and let your infusion sit for 10-20 min. or overnight. Serve in a large mug with a bit of raw honey (optional) will send the properties of the herbs into action more quickly via the bloodstream.
