Holiday shipping meets Pandemic!

Here is what you need to know:

As the pandemic continues to bring unprecedented shipment numbers and with strict COVID-19 safety measures in place, Canada Post is expecting delays in the coming months. In order to ease the strain on their network, they have temporarily placed a volume cap with their shipping partners to limit package volumes until the New Year.
For this reason, we encourage all our clients to ship any Canada Tracked packages as early as possible.

Due to Canada Post's limited volume capacity mandate, we anticipate delays. However, the best way to minimize these delays is to ship early. We recommend that you ship no later than the dates outlined below. Please keep in mind that Canada Post has removed any service guarantees and delivery times are always estimated.

Store will be closed from December 12-January 16 Purchases during this time will be shipped in Janurary.

Shipping Cost:

We ship from Vancouver, Canada. Our standard domestic shipping is $12 CAD, US shipping starts at $12 CAD and international shipping starts at $30 CAD.

Allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped after receiving your confirmation email.

We do not ship to p.o. boxes, so please provide an alternate address if you receive mail via a post-office box.

Please note: international orders are subject to customs and duties, and are billed to customers by their country's customs department upon arrival. We cannot estimate or cover duties or customs on international shipping. We are not responsible for shipping delay because of customs.

No exchange or return on international orders, all sales final.
