Return Policy

Due to our small batch production, we are unable to offer exchanges; if you would like to exchange a size, colour, or style, we ask that you purchase the garment you would like, and follow the return instructions below to return the original order.

• You have 7 days from receiving your order for a return.

• If you would like to return an item, please email hola@nurturingthenurturer.com with the title subject "Exchange" please include your order number and name in the email.

Email must be sent  within 7 days of receiving your order for return address and shipping instructions.

• Please follow return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions.

• Merchandise must not have been worn, washed or altered, and must have original tags attached.

• Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. We can not cover the cost of return shipping at this time.

• All sale or discounted items are final sale.

• Once your return has been received and it complies with our return policy, we will refund you using the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please wait this time before you contact us with an outstanding refund.
