This class focus is on strengthening your glutes and legs while softening the hips, the right mix to prepare for labor! When you teach your body how to move with ease, the body will be able to tap on your intuition so you can trust your body!
Pregnancy & birth could awaken multiple fears and doubts within you. This practice is guided for you to become more aware of you body and gain the confidence you need to release fears that won't serve you through this process of transformation!
